Just a quick link to a site where you can buy some great journals, made from using old books: bookjournals.com. They still include some of the original pages plus ample new blanks for all your rambling thoughts and creativity. Normally I would prefer to keep vintage books in their original state, but they seem to choose their 'materials' wisely.
